Site Manager — Newbuild Bulk Carrier Project

Join a long-term newbuilding project for a bulk carrier under construction at a major Jiangsu shipyard. This site manager position runs from ASAP through 30 June 2027 (extendable) with a competitive monthly salary of USD 18,000–20,000 plus food allowance and full accommodation coverage. The role involves a 3-month on / 1-month off rotation (unpaid leave).

Requirements

• 4–5 years of direct hands-on experience working in Chinese shipyards
• Deep familiarity with Chinese working culture and practices
• References demonstrating relevant shipyard management background
