They're supposedly writing on behalf of "Leomar Group". Offering a Deck Hand position in the USA

Hello everyone. Colleagues, could you please advise if anyone has encountered a similar job offer?

They're supposedly writing on behalf of "Leomar Group". They're offering a Deck Hand position in the USA (port of Stockton) on the vessel Golden Arrow 1 (56,000 dwt). They say the vessel doesn't leave port and makes ultra-short runs between factories.

To get started, they require you to independently pay $150 USD for some kind of "b1/TWIMC" visa for access to the closed port zone. They promise to reimburse it on board by check.

Has anyone worked on this vessel or received such offers? Is this a real contract or just another scam for $150 on behalf of a well-known crewing company? I would be grateful for any information!
