Requirements

Valid Certificate of Competency for 3rd Officer
Recent passport photographs
Valid Seafarer's Employment Certificate
Clean medical certificate meeting international maritime standards
No time limit (NTV) requirements — candidates must meet all necessary regulatory documentation
