Cook Assistant — Ferry (RoPax)

A Polish crewing agency is looking for a Cook Assistant to join a Ro-Ro passenger ferry operating between Denmark and Germany. The position offers a day rate of 70 EUR, paid only while onboard, under a rotation of six weeks on and four weeks off.

Requirements

• Prior sea-service experience is required
• Valid passport
• National Seaman's Book including sea service pages
• Medical Health Certificate
• Basic Safety Training (A-VI/1 §1-2)
• Passenger Ships Personnel Certificate – CROWD (V2 §4-7; A-V/2 2.1-2.4)
• Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boat (A-VI/2 §1)
• Security Awareness Training (A-VI/5, A-VI/6-2)
• Food handling certificate
• Very good command of English, as required by the shipowner
