AB/Crane Operator — Offshore Construction Vessel

OSM Thome seeks an experienced AB/Crane Operator with valid UK Work Permit to join their offshore construction vessel team. The position offers a 4-week rotation schedule with competitive daily compensation in a dynamic UK-based operation.

Vessel particulars

• Vessel type: Offshore Support Vessel (OSV)
• Operating area: UK waters
• Crane capacity: 2 × 250t AHC (active heave compensated) offshore/subsea cranes
• Maximum crane lift: 3,000m line capacity with associated auxiliary equipment
• Winch equipped: 2 × 250t SWL drum winches; subsea crane rated for 250t working load; general purpose deck crane rated 20t/40m boom
• Helideck: CAP 437 certified; equipped with ROV/moonpool facilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator on construction or heavy-lift vessels
• Valid UK Work Permit
• Valid Offshore Crane Operator certificate (e.g. Stage 2/3 or equivalent qualification)
• Competency in managing active heave compensated systems and subsea lift operations
