AB — Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV)

We are looking for an experienced Able Seaman to join a Cyprus-managed Crew Transfer Vessel operating out of Łeba, supporting offshore wind farm operations. This is a short two-week rotation (plus or minus one) starting on 1 September 2026, with a competitive daily rate plus a separate food allowance, and shore-based accommodation provided.

Requirements

• Prior offshore experience is required, ideally gained on CTVs or within wind farm support operations
• Passenger Ship Crowd Management Training is required
• Crisis Management and Human Behavior Safety training for personnel providing direct service to passengers in passenger spaces on board passenger ships (PAX) is required — this can be arranged online
