Balteam Crewing Agency is looking for an experienced Able Seaman to join a Crew Transfer Vessel operating out of Łeba on a short offshore rotation. The role offers 150 EUR per day plus a 20 EUR daily food allowance, with accommodation provided ashore and a boarding date set for early September 2026.

Requirements

• Prior offshore experience, ideally on CTVs or within the wind farm sector
