Chief Officer — General Cargo/MPP Vessel

A well-established Polish crewing agency is seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a general cargo/multi-purpose vessel equipped with two cranes, sailing worldwide. The contract runs for approximately four months, with a plus or minus one month allowance, and joining is expected around mid-October. A competitive monthly salary of 5750 EUR is offered for this position.

• Vessel type: General Cargo / MPP (heavy-lift capable, fitted with 2 cranes)
• Deadweight: 5,670 DWT
• Main engine: MAN 7L32/40, 3500 kW
• Sailing area: Worldwide

Requirements

• Prior experience as Chief Officer specifically on heavy-lift / multi-purpose (HL/MPP) vessels is mandatory
• Valid STCW certification as required for this type of vessel and rank
• Positive references or recommendations from previous employers are welcomed
