Electrician / Electrician's Assistant — RoPax Ferry

Polferries is looking for an Electrician or Electrician's Assistant to join a passenger/car ferry operating on regular Baltic Sea routes. The rotation follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, with pay ranging between 1,796 and 2,139 EUR depending on rank and experience, and joining is planned for October 2026.

Requirements

• Prior experience serving on RoPax or Ro-Ro type vessels
• Valid Electrician's Certificate of Competency
• Certificate in Sea Survival / Marine Rescue training
• Certificate in Crowd Management
• Certificate in Crisis Management and Human Behaviour training
• Certificate for crew directly assisting passengers in passenger spaces
• For the Electrician's Assistant position, additional qualifications required: ETO certificate, training certificate covering passenger and cargo safety and hull integrity on RoPax vessels, and certification for operation/maintenance of electrical systems above 1kV
