Housekeeping — Ro-Ro Ferry

Join a Ro-Ro ferry operating in the Baltic Sea (Poland–Sweden route) as a housekeeping staff member. This is a 2-week-on/2-week-off rotational contract offering USD 1,436 monthly plus bonuses for additional cabin cleaning (USD 100–USD 149 per day) and extra duties (USD 200–USD 260 per day).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 weeks' experience on Ro-Pax vessels within the last 2 weeks of service
• Experience on ferries operating Swinoujście–Ystad/Trelleborg route is an advantage
• Onboard experience in housekeeping duties as documented in employment records
• English language skills at a working level
• Valid seafarer's document (passport or seafarer's record book)
• Medical fitness certificate (ML5) issued by an approved doctor, valid throughout the contract
• MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) certificate issued by an authorized doctor; health assessment conducted by the crewing manager
• Approval and acceptance within 1–6 months (subject to medical clearance)
• Allianz Assistance health insurance for seafarers under contract
• Course and document renewals (including passport) must be arranged by the employer
• 4-in-1 Basic Safety Training certificate
• Security training (designated security duties)
• Security awareness training (Designated Security Duties)
• Promotional courses (as required by the employer): Occupational Safety for Passengers in Transit Zones, Passenger Safety Training V 2.6, Tender Management Training V 2.7, Crisis Management and Ludzick Training V 2.8, and Passenger Safety for Ro-Ro Ships and Lift-on/Lift-off Vessels V 2.9
