Who they hire
All ranks for merchant and offshore fleets: officers, engineers, ETOs, ratings and galley staff. Tankers, gas carriers and offshore vessels need the matching endorsements — STCW chapter V for tankers, DP certificates and offshore safety training (such as BOSIET) for offshore units.
