Mercator Crewing seeks a 2nd Engineer for a temporary, one-trip contract aboard an offshore-flagged vessel operating in the Norway/North Sea region. This six-week assignment offers competitive remuneration of 9,294 EUR monthly (or 9,869 EUR if the candidate holds a Chief Engineer certificate), with onboard deductions for compulsory social insurance in Norway calculated at 9.3%.

Requirements

Engine Officer Class 2 certificate or Second Engineer (STCW A-II/2) qualification

FSE Ship course — Low and High voltage
High Voltage Course (advantageous)
NOR (Norwegian) endorsement (advantageous)

Demonstrated experience working on offshore vessels
