Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Competency for 2nd Officer
• Recent passport photographs
• Valid Seafarer's Employment Certificate
• Clean medical certificate meeting international maritime standards
• No time limit (NTV) requirements — candidates must meet all necessary regulatory documentation
