Able Seaman — Ro-Pax Ferry

A Ro-Pax ferry operator is looking for an experienced Able Seaman to join a vessel operating on the Dover–Calais route. The rotation is a short 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, with joining scheduled for 25 August, and pay set at 2274 EUR per two-week rotation.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in the AB rank is required
• Previous service on similar vessel types (ro-ro, ro-pax) is expected
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Valid STCW certification, including a current Certificate of Competency
• Up-to-date medical fitness certificate
