An urgent opening has come up for a Chief Cook aboard a Taiwan-flagged Construction Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) working on an offshore wind project in Taiwan, with embarkation from Vietnam. The vessel accommodates up to 120 people across 90 cabins, and the rotation runs 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off, with the initial contract set at 4 weeks with a possible 4-week extension. Pay is USD 5,500 per month, on board only.

Requirements

• Previous seagoing experience working as Chief Cook
• Valid Chief Cook Certificate
• Basic Safety Training Certificate (STCW 2010 A-VI/1)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate (STCW A-VI/6-2)
• Valid Health/Medical Certificate
• Hepatitis A vaccination
• Typhoid vaccination
• Yellow fever vaccination
