Chief Engineer — Offshore Jack-up Barge

We are recruiting a Chief Engineer for an offshore jack-up barge engaged in nearshore geotechnical operations throughout the Persian Gulf shallow-water zone. This role offers the opportunity to manage engineering operations on a specialized offshore vessel in an active operational environment.

Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Competency and STCW certification
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• ERM (Engine-room Resource Management) certification
• H2S awareness certification
• Valid passport and seaman's book
• COVID-19 and Yellow Fever vaccinations
• Recent performance appraisals and sea service documentation
• Preference for previous jack-up or geotechnical vessel experience
• Client approval required
