Cook — Small Vessel

Greentech Recruitment is looking for a seasoned cook to join a small-vessel project based in Germany. The assignment runs from 21 October to 17 November 2026, with travel to the vessel on 20 October and return home on 18 November.

Requirements

• Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher certification
• All STCW certificates must be valid and current
• Valid seafarer medical certificate
• Experience working on small vessels, or willingness to adapt to the increased motion typical of smaller ships
• Proven track record in managing a vessel's food budget
• Competency in menu planning, provisioning and stock control
• Full availability for the entire 28-day contract
