Job Description
Requirements
- Valid Master Unlimited CoC (STCW II/2) and relevant STCW certificates
- Minimum 6 months of sea service in the rank of Master
- Minimum 3 years of cumulative sea service on bulk carriers
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of bulk carrier operations, cargo handling, stability and the IMSBC Code
- Thorough understanding of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS and international maritime regulations
- Familiarity with RightShip inspection requirements
- Strong leadership, decision-making and ship management skills
- Commitment to safety, environmental protection and operational excellence
