Chief Engineer — AHTS

Urgent opening for a Chief Engineer to join an AHTS vessel (AHTS Opal) trading worldwide. The position offers 8500 EUR per month on a contract of roughly 60 days plus or minus 20 days, with joining required as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–12 months of prior experience serving as Chief Engineer
• Previous experience working on AHTS, tugs or other offshore support vessels
• Solid working knowledge of CAT 3516 engines
• Familiarity with planned maintenance systems (PMS) and maintenance scheduling
• Understanding of electrical and automation systems onboard
• Good command of English for communication purposes
• Preferred (not mandatory) additional certificates: Offshore Wind Experience, CAT Factory Training, Marine Electrical Systems Course, High Voltage Awareness
